Dyson Air Purifier in Nepal: Models, Prices and Blueair Comparison

Quick answer

Dyson air purifiers in Nepal cost about Rs 61,800 to Rs 1,52,800, imported by Gennxt Nepal. You pay for design, a built-in fan (and a heater on Hot+Cool) and formaldehyde filtering on some models. Dyson publishes no CADR, so if clean air is the main job, compare it with a Blueair.

Key points
  • Prices seen in October 2026: HushJet Rs 61,800, TP10 Rs 67,600 to Rs 1,04,100, BP04 up to Rs 1,52,800.
  • Dyson does not publish a CADR for its purifying fans; Big+Quiet is rated for rooms up to 1,076 sq ft.
  • Ask for the filter price, stock and warranty in Nepal before you buy.
  • A Blue 3610 at Rs 50,000 gives a published 600 m³/h; a HealthProtect 7770i at Rs 1,25,000 gives 735 m³/h and a 3-year warranty.

This guide covers the Dyson air purifier in Nepal: which models Nepali shops sell, what they cost, what you get for the money, and when a dedicated purifier such as a Blueair cleans your room better for less. For every brand side by side, see our air purifier brands compared guide.

Dyson is a British brand known for bladeless fans, vacuums and hair dryers. Its air purifiers are striking to look at and many of them double as a fan, and on some models a heater. That design and those extra jobs are what you pay for.

Dyson air purifier price in Nepal

Gennxt Nepal is the authorised importer of Dyson products, and several shops resell them. Prices for the same model differ a lot between shops, so compare before you buy. These are the prices we found in October 2026:

Dyson model What it is Price seen in Nepal
HushJet (HJ01) Compact purifier Rs 61,800
Purifier Cool Gen1 (TP10) Purifying fan Rs 67,600 (Hardwarepasal) to Rs 1,04,100 (Fatafat Sewa)
Purifier Cool PC1 (TP11) Purifying fan Rs 88,900
Purifier Cool Formaldehyde (TP09) Purifying fan with formaldehyde sensor and filter Rs 1,29,400
Big+Quiet Formaldehyde (BP03) Large-room purifier Rs 1,23,400 to Rs 1,42,200
Big+Quiet Formaldehyde (BP04) Large-room purifier Rs 1,32,600 to Rs 1,52,800

Dyson’s Purifier Hot+Cool, which also heats, is shown by some shops without a price. Ask for a quote if you want one.

What you get with a Dyson

  • A purifier and a fan in one. The TP range blows a cooling stream of air in summer, and some models can be set to blow backwards when you only want purifying.
  • A heater as well on Hot+Cool models, useful in a cold Kathmandu winter. Heating uses far more electricity than purifying, so expect a higher NEA bill on those days.
  • A sealed HEPA H13 filter with activated carbon. Dyson seals the whole machine, not only the filter, so air cannot slip around it.
  • Sensors, a display and the MyDyson app, with live readings and filter alerts.
  • Formaldehyde sensing and removal on TP09, BP03 and BP04, for homes with new furniture or fresh paint. More on this in our guide to air purifiers for paint and furniture fumes.

What to check before you buy a Dyson

No published CADR. Dyson does not publish a CADR for its purifying fans, so you cannot compare their clean-air output with other brands on equal terms. For the Big+Quiet range, Dyson says it cleans rooms up to 1,076 sq ft (about 1,076 sq ft). CADR is the number that tells you how fast a room gets clean; our CADR and room size guide explains why it matters.

Filter price and stock. One Nepali shop lists a HEPA filter for the BP03 and BP04, but we found no Nepal prices for the TP-range filters. Ask the seller for the filter’s price and whether it is in stock before you pay.

Warranty. Ask whether your unit came through Gennxt Nepal, and who repairs it here if it fails.

Do you need the extras? If your main worry is dust and PM2.5, you are paying for a fan, heater and formaldehyde filter you may not use.

Which Dyson suits which room

  • Bedroom or study: TP10, TP11 or HushJet, where a cooling fan in summer is welcome.
  • New flat with new furniture: TP09, for its formaldehyde filter.
  • Large living room: Big+Quiet BP03 or BP04.
  • Cold rooms in winter: Hot+Cool, if you want one machine to heat and purify.

Dyson vs Blueair

The Blueair HealthProtect 7770i. Blueair rates it for rooms up to 674 sq ft.

Blueair takes a narrower approach: machines built to clean air, with a published CADR, tested to AHAM standards, and prices that start far lower. Here is how a Dyson compares with the Blueair models a Dyson buyer usually looks at.

Dyson TP10 Dyson Big+Quiet BP04 Blueair Blue 3610 Blueair HealthProtect 7770i
Price in Nepal Rs 67,600 to Rs 1,04,100 Rs 1,32,600 to Rs 1,52,800 Rs 50,000 Rs 1,25,000
Published CADR Not published Not published (rooms up to 1,076 sq ft) 600 m³/h (smoke) 735 m³/h (smoke)

Genuine filter in Nepal Ask the seller Listed by one shop Rs 12,500, in stock Rs 22,500, in stock
Warranty Ask the seller Ask the seller 1 year, handled in Nepal 3 years, handled in Nepal

For Rs 17,600 less than the lowest TP10 price we found, a Blue 3610 gives you a published 600 m³/h for a large room. For less than a Big+Quiet, the HealthProtect 7770i gives a published 735 m³/h, a 3-year warranty handled here, and GermShield, which kills viruses and bacteria caught on the filter.

A Dyson makes sense when you want the fan or heater as well, and you like how it looks. If clean air is the job, a Blueair does it with tested numbers and a lower bill. Blueair is a Swedish brand sold in more than 60 countries, and its designs have won Red Dot and iF Design awards. We deliver across Nepal and answer questions on WhatsApp after you buy.

FAQs

What is the Dyson air purifier price in Nepal?

In October 2026 Dyson purifiers ranged from Rs 61,800 for the HushJet to about Rs 1,52,800 for the Big+Quiet BP04. The TP10 was listed from Rs 67,600 to Rs 1,04,100 depending on the shop.

Who imports Dyson into Nepal?

Gennxt Nepal is the authorised importer of Dyson products, according to its reseller Fatafat Sewa. Ask your shop whether your unit came through Gennxt and who handles repairs.

Why does Dyson not publish a CADR?

Dyson uses its own tests and publishes room sizes for some models instead of CADR. That makes it hard to compare its output with brands that publish a CADR, such as Blueair.

Is a Dyson purifying fan good for a Kathmandu bedroom?

Yes, a TP10 or TP11 with its sealed HEPA filter suits a bedroom, and the fan helps in summer. Run it on a low speed at night. For quiet bedroom picks with filters in stock, see our air purifier for bedroom page.

Does Clean Air Nepal sell or service Dyson?

No. We sell and service genuine Blueair purifiers and filters only. For Dyson, contact the shop that sold your unit or Gennxt Nepal.
