Terms and Conditions of Clean Air Nepal
These terms cover every order you place with Clean Air Store, the authorised Blueair dealer in Nepal. Please read them before you buy.
Who we are
This website is run by Clean Air Store, a trading name of Get Ahead Trading Pvt. Ltd. We have traded in Nepal since 2018 and we are the authorised Blueair dealer here. Our shop is at Jhamsikhel Chowk, Lalitpur 44701. We are open Sunday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm. When you place an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and prices
Prices are in Nepali rupees (Rs) and are shown on each product page. We confirm every order by WhatsApp or phone before we dispatch it. The price we confirm when you order is the price you pay.
Stock changes. If a model is out of stock, the product page says so and you can ask us about availability on WhatsApp.
Payment
You can pay in the ways below. Orders outside the Kathmandu Valley need advance payment before we dispatch.

Delivery
We deliver across Nepal. Delivery takes 1 to 2 working days inside the Kathmandu Valley, 3 to 5 working days outside it and 5 to 7 working days for remote areas. These are estimates. Courier delays, weather, public holidays and road access can change them. Delivery charges and the full details are on our delivery and returns page.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order before we dispatch it. Message us on WhatsApp or call us with your order details and we confirm the cancellation. Once an order is dispatched, the returns rules below apply.
Returns
If a product arrives damaged, defective or wrong, report it within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos or a video. We accept a return if you ask within 7 days of delivery and the item is unused and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, used products, products without the original packaging or consumable items. The delivery and returns page has the full list.
Warranty
Every Blueair air purifier carries a warranty of 1 to 3 years, depending on the series. It starts from the date of delivery or purchase. Filters are consumables and carry no warranty. Accessories and other applicable items carry a 6-month warranty.
The warranty applies to genuine products bought from us. Blueair says non-genuine filters void the purifier warranty. Physical or liquid damage, misuse, wrong installation, voltage fluctuation and repairs by anyone else are not covered. Each series and the claim steps are on our warranty policy page.
Product information
Specifications on this site come from Blueair’s published information. Room sizes and performance figures are for the conditions Blueair tests under, so results in your room can differ. An air purifier is not a medical device and we make no medical claims.
Using this website
The text, photos and design on this site belong to Clean Air Store or their owners. Blueair names and logos belong to Blueair. Please do not copy our content without asking. How we handle your personal details is explained in our privacy policy.
Our responsibility
We supply genuine products as described on the page. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, public holidays or other things outside our control. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. We may update them from time to time. The terms on this page on the day you place your order apply to that order.
