Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage depends on the product category and model purchased.
Air Purifiers
Blueair air purifiers are covered by warranty as follows:

Blue Series – 1 year
-
DustMagnet Series – 2 years
-
HealthProtect Series – 3 years
The warranty period starts from the date of delivery or purchase, whichever is applicable based on the order record.
Filters
Filters do not carry any warranty, as they are considered consumable items.
Accessories / Other Items
Accessories and other applicable items are covered by a 6-month warranty, where applicable.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal intended use.
Examples may include:

product malfunction due to manufacturing defect

electrical fault not caused by external damage

defects in materials or workmanship
