We deliver across Nepal.

Delivery Charges

• Inside Kathmandu Valley: Delivery terms may vary by order, with available payment and delivery options shown at checkout or confirmed by our team.

• Outside Kathmandu Valley: Delivery charges will be calculated based on location, product weight, and fragile handling requirements.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Inside Kathmandu Valley: 1–2 working days

• Outside Kathmandu Valley: 3–5 working days

• Remote Areas: 5–7 working days, depending on accessibility

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or remote area access.

Payment Terms for Delivery

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery — inside Kathmandu Valley only

• Cheque Payment — inside Kathmandu Valley only

• Bank Transfer / Fonepay — available for both inside and outside Kathmandu Valley

For orders outside Kathmandu Valley, advance payment is required before dispatch.

Failed Delivery / Redelivery

If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or provides an incorrect/incomplete address, a redelivery charge may apply.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• the product was delivered damaged

• the product is defective

• the wrong product was delivered

To be eligible for a return:

• the request must be made within 7 days of delivery

• the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• the item must be unused

• the item must be in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• change of mind

• used products

• products without original packaging

• consumable items not covered under return conditions

Return Shipping Charges

• If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return-related handling will be reviewed and supported accordingly by our team.

• For returns from outside Kathmandu Valley, return shipping charges are borne by the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within the required reporting period and provide:

• your order details

• product name

• clear photos or videos of the issue

• delivery date
